Who is responsible
Social Flow (FLOW by Mind OS) is a Mind Miami product. Data controller: Mind Miami, legal name [pending], address [pending], privacy email [pending]. In the meantime, you can reach us through the official Mind Miami contact.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, brand or agency, number of brands, plan of interest, your message, the page language and the page you wrote from.
- Preferences in your browser: light or dark theme, billing period and whether you hid the mobile action bar (see local storage).
- Hosting technical logs: our hosting provider may log technical data, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and running [pending: confirm provider and period].
- Demos: anything you type or change in the demos stays in your browser and never reaches us.
We don’t collect payment data or create user accounts on this site.
What we use them for
We use your data to reply to your request, offer you a demo or early access and keep the site secure. We don’t sell your data or use it for personalized advertising.
Legal basis
[pending: legal review]. Proposal: handling the request you make (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying and protecting the site.
Who we share them with
Providers that help us run the site, only for that purpose: hosting and network [pending: Cloudflare, to be confirmed] and the email notification service once active [pending]; Google (Analytics 4) only if you accept analytics, and Cloudflare (Turnstile) only if you allow the form’s anti-spam check. We don’t share your data with other third parties unless the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, for example in the United States [pending: applicable safeguards].
How long we keep them
As long as needed to handle your request [pending: final period]. Proposal: 12 months from the last contact, unless it becomes a business relationship.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use and, where applicable, request portability by writing to [pending: privacy email]. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

If the contact form has Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam turned on, it only loads on that page and when you allow it; Cloudflare may process technical browser data to tell people from bots.
The preview app keeps its sample data in your browser so you can pick up where you left off; that doesn’t reach us either. You can clear all of this from your browser settings.
Children
This site is aimed at professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors [pending: applicable minimum age].
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and say so on this page.
